Issue description

Chrome Version : 72.0.3626.49
OS Version: 11316.66.0

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
    IE/Edge:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Type a word followed by a space in a doc, e.g. "testing "
2.Tap backspace to delete a few characters off the word, e.g. delete 'ing' leaving "test"
3.Type back the few characters followed by a space, e.g. add back 'ing ' to "test"
4.Note the capitalization of 'ING'

1.Type the word "Note" followed by a space in a doc
2.Tap backspace to delete 'ote' from the word
3.Retype 'ote' followed by a space
4.Word is changed to "Nit's"

What is the expected result?
Expect auto-correction to be smarter with word context.
(Note this does not happen when using attached physical keyboard)

What happens instead of that?
