window.open requests are not captured in network console

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. http://blog.rekall-forensic.com/ 2. Open network inspector 3. "Follow by Email", click Submit <form action="https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify" method="post" onsubmit="window.open("https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=RekallMemoryForensicsBlog", "popupwindow", "scrollbars=yes,width=550,height=520"); return true" target="popupwindow" _lpchecked="1"> What is the expected behavior? window.open request is captured and displayed in network console. What went wrong? The window.open request is not captured in either the parent network console, or on open the network console from the child window. Did this work before? Thanks for the report. I'm not sure whether Chrome has instrumentation to treat window.open requests as Network requests, currently, but it seems like a reasonable request. |
