Feature request: add option to context menu of downloaded item to remove from list

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download a file
2. It appears at the bottom in the list of downloads
3. Click the arrow next to the file name to open the context menu

What is the expected behavior?
I expected an option inside the context menu to remove the file from the downloaded list

What went wrong?
I couldn't find that option.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98  Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 28
