Google chrome title bar font is gray on gray for "gray dark" accent color on Windows 10

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set accent color for "Gray dark"
2. Enable "show accent colors on title bar"
3. Verify that google chrome title bar text is gray, on a gray dark background, making text unreadable. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Google chrome developers are arrogant and user hostile, and ignored all complaints about contrast on the material redesign, while forcing users to the inferior UI.

Did this work before? Yes Before material design was implemented

Contrast is vastly improved by installing the theme "Just make the Title Bar Text Black" theme at: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/just-make-the-title-bar-t/jagdmopiaokbihcginhnafbgamlmgpgm
