Chrome Version: 73.0.3668.0

Have only been able to repro this bug on nocturne and not on eve.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open app list.
(2) Scroll to the next page. While scrolling, look at bottom of the app list where the apps fade in.
(3) Mask layer is off by a 1 pixel. A 1 pixel horizontal line is shown underneath the gradient fade.

What is the expected result?
Gradient fade is placed correctly.

What happens instead?
The mask layer that implements the gradient fade is off by 1 pixel
