With layer lists, the position of GraphicsLayers is no longer relevant. This requires rebaselining about 500 tests. Once the dependency on GraphicsLayer::position is removed in https://crbug.com/916768, we can stop calling GraphicsLayer::SetPosition entirely with BlinkGenPropertyTrees and we can remove the output from tests.

This is a cleanup task.
