'Voice Search' and 'Google' apps are still seen as part of default apps list

Chrome OS Version: 11151.113.0, 71.0.3578.127 on stable channel elm

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open launcher
(2) Check for 'Voice Search' and 'Google' apps
(3)

What is the expected result?
'Voice Search' and 'Google' apps should no longer be present as part of launcher apps list.

What happens instead?
'Voice Search' and 'Google' apps are seen as part of default apps list. Attach screenshot.

elm? That's weird, those should only be available on pre-M-72 eve, correct?

This bug is filed for a M71 build which still has AGSA.

upatil@ Do you remember if it's the AGSA app filtering out launcher Activities? or ChromeOS?
