Chrome Version: 72.0.3626.49 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
(1) Go to any text-heavy environment (txt document, e-mail, CRBug, etc)
(2) Enable full screen magnification
(3) Zoom in until not all text is visible without moving focus (ctrl+alt+increase brightness key several times)
(3) Click on a line of text and drag cursor toward the right edge of screen to highlight the line
Expected Result: The view should scroll the way it normally does when you move the cursor to the edge while magnified, and continue to highlight text as it becomes available.
Actual Result: No scrolling occurs and no more text can be highlighted.
Impact on Users: Only text that is visible on screen can be highlighted in the most obvious way. At higher magnification levels, full lines of text are almost never visible without scrolling. This makes copying text challenging.
Work-around: You can highlight a full line of text if you click on the text and drag down instead of sideways, but this always highlights the entire line (as opposed to just a long part of it) which isn't always desired.
