We want to run this memory pressure test in the tast framework.  We also want to NOT depend on telemetry, and be able to use Web Page Replay for better repeatability (the current test uses live sites only).  Ideally we would also like to log on to Google properties so we can use some of them (e.g. gmail) in the test (although we don't need to log on to use Docs or Sheets etc.)
