This can be reproduced with any scrollable area.

[CompositeAfterPaint] Update scroll animation before PrePaintTreeWalk

In pre-CompositeAfterPaint scroll animation is updated during
compositing update, and we also need to do it in CompositeAfterPaint.

This fixes CompositeAfterPaint animated scrolling.
