What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable chrome vox
(2) Open launcher (have a folder)
(3) Open folder with the key combo (search + space)

What is the expected result?
"Folder Opened" chromevox announcement

What happens instead?
"Search your device, apps, and web" announcement."

This is because whenever we press a key, the search box gets focused automatically. We should be a little more specific about which keys activate the searchbox.
