FindIt seems to suspect https://crrev.com/4c782bbf8fb8f33e2577467a2cc96385f5432d4c, but I'm not sure how this would cause this failure.
Description: Show this description
It looks like this test has been timing out for a while, so I don't think the CL in #1 is the culprint. I'll disable this test for now.

Summary: Memlog End-to-End tests with sampling disabled flakily time out with v2 implementation. (was: Memlog/MemlogBrowserTest.EndToEnd/13 failing on chromium.linux/Linux Tests (dbg)(1)(32))
Several of the end-to-end tests [which use should_sample: false] regularly time out now that we've switched to the v2 implementation, which is particularly slow for sample_interval = 1.

Example of timeouts:
https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=42545586f01fc810&refresh=10&show_raw=1

I'd be okay with removing all of the sampling:false tests, assuming we still have reasonable test coverage.
