WebRTC Chromium Mac Tester failing

From the test log:

2 tests timed out:

WebRtcStatsPerfBrowserTest.MANUAL_RunsAudioAndVideoCallCollectingMetrics_VideoCodec_VP9Profile2 (../../chrome/browser/media/webrtc/webrtc_stats_perf_browsertest.cc:313)


WebRTC still appears to be rolling fine, so I think this can be fixed forward.

On the other hand, there's no harm in reverting I guess, so I'll go ahead and revert so the bot is green and we can detect new failures.
