Steps to reproduce:
Launch iOS Chrome in landscape (easily reproducible in landscape mode)  
Navigate to any webpage
Tap on ‘X’ button and cancel the navigation immediately

Observed results:
Position of the page is not retained on canceling navigation to a certain URL i.e, page is navigated to the very beginning of the NTP
