What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Take a screenshot(1st Notification)
(2)Rotate the screen(2nd Notification)>> Observe 1st Notification is seen on the top and 2nd is seen below
Actual: 1st Notification is seen on the top and 2nd is seen below
Expected: 1st Notification should be seen below and 2nd on the top
This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M70
NOTE: Issue is seen on M72 & M73 also
