What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE screen,observe the battery indicator icon at ubertray shelf
Actual:Battery icon appears very light i.e., no clear visibility of battery outer frame
Expected:Battery icon should be clearly visible
This is a Regression issue as same works fine in 72.0.3626.49/11316.66.0 beta
