Issue descriptionChrome Version: 73.0.3667.0/11562.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip,Reks OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Recover build>> Connect to Network and Navigate to Guest user (2)Exit guest and observe 'SingleProcessMash enabled' text in the top right corner is overlapping on the chrome version and is seen unnecessarily Actual: 'SingleProcessMash enabled' text in the top right corner is overlapping on the chrome version and is seen unnecessarily Expected: No such issue should be seen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 73.0.3666.0/11555.0.0 dev Celes ( As in previous builds, that text was not seen) Attaching screencast for reference..

Yes, the label is intentional. It's a bug that it overlaps, though. The label will be removed when we get closer to shipping.
