requestFullscreen fails to execute on Windows machine

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to Youtube or popular video website on Windows machine 2. Try to select the Fullscreen option 3. Observe console What is the expected behavior? Fullscreen mode gets triggered What went wrong? It looks like this error gets thrown in the console base.js:1135 Failed to execute 'requestFullscreen' on 'Element': API can only be initiated by a user gesture. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I'm trying to confirm on older versions but I have seen similar comments on Twitter of other users seeing the issue? I have confirmed that this does not happen on Mac. I'm not sure which bug might be considered a duplicate.
