While reading up on the CLA on our public documentation:

I noticed there is a reference to internal CLA documentation that leads to

https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/chromeos/docs/+/master/signcla.md

but it's a 404.

Have we moved (or deleted) the document and forgotten to update (delete) the references?
