We want to establish a latency threshold for launcher search, but before we do that, we need metrics on current latency for every search provider. 

We want metrics to measure the latency of getting results from every provider: the time between when a request is sent, to when a result from a provider is returned. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

If this is a regression (i.e., worked before), please consider using the
bisect tool (https://www.chromium.org/developers/bisect-builds-py) to help
us identify the root cause and more rapidly triage the issue.
