Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome browser on Android. 2. Go to https://jknanda78.github.io/footer-pushed-issue-android-chome and click on position fixed/relative links. 3. Tap on the input field. What is the expected behavior? A fixed/relative positioned footer should not be pushed when the keyboard appears. This works perfectly fine in iOS-Safari. What went wrong? Footer is pushed up when the keyboard appears. Footer stays on top of the keyboard. As a result, it overlaps any content below the input field. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 8.0.0 Flash Version: For reference please visit this ticket https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=716383 opened in the past.

@kaustuv.technologies: Chrome version you are using is very old one, please upgrade chrome to latest build #71.0.3578.99 and let us know the behavior along with screencat. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!

Thanks for your quick response. As advised I upgraded Chrome to v71.0 on Android and sharing the screenshots of the issue. Please find attached for your perusal. Moreover, a similar issue can be reproducible with position relative & absolute. Kindly let me know if you want me to share the screenshots. However, I have provided my github.io URL/site (publicly accessible) to reproduce the issue.
