Invisible button in "Get Google smarts in Chrome" dialog

Chrome Version: 73.0.3667.0
OS Version: 10.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new profile in chrome
2. Sign into chrome when prompted
3. After signing in, you'll be presented with the "Get Google smarts in Chrome"

What is the expected result?
All buttons should be visible

What happens instead of that?
There's an invisible button. See screenshot
