Transparent Tab in TabSwitcher

When I opened rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and chrome:flags, the preview tab for chrome:flags was semi-transparent, see video.
It showed no contents but the frame of the tab behind it was visible.

Reloading chrome:flags and switching repeatedly showed no effect.

Thanks for the report. I believe this is the same issue as bug 920917.
