1. Open any page.
2. Hit ctrl-D to add bookmark but hit ESC to close the dialog.
3. Go to Bookmark Manager (Ctrl-Shift-O).

What happens:
The page appears as bookmarked.

What's expected:
The page is not bookmarked because the add dialog was cancelled.

I happen to see this quite often when my ctrl-F becomes ctrl-D by in smaller keyboards.
