Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome 
  2.  Have an article saved in reading list.
  3.  Switch off the wifi connection
  4.  Go to Menu --> Reading list --> Tap on the article saved.

Observed results:
Notice that when the article loads, the content of the article flicker before properly getting aligned.

Expected results:
No flickering should be noticed when the article is loading.
