Issue descriptionChrome version: 73.0.3667.0 (Official Build) Revision e908663b57104ae7163ae941e16549e2a8ad65f5-refs/branch-heads/3667@{#1} (32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and bookmark any page. (2) Type some text in omnibox and click outside the omnibox. (3) Now drag the bookmarked page from 'Bookmarks Bar' over the typed text in omnibox. (4) Observe. Actual Result: Dual focus is seen over bookmarks bar and in Omnibox after dragging the bookmark. Expected Result: Dual focus should not be seen over bookmarks bar and Omnibox after dragging the bookmark. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-72’, below is the Manual Regression range: Good build: 72.0.3624.0 (Revision: 611431) Bad build: 72.0.3625.0 (Revision: 611977) You are probably looking for a change made after 611512 (known good), but no later than 611513 (first known bad).
