Regression: App info overlay is seen chopped from left side.

Chrome Version: 73.0.3667.0 Revision e908663b57104ae7163ae941e16549e2a8ad65f5-refs/branch-heads/3667@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://apps page and right click on any app (ex.Youtube) and select 'Open as window' option.
(2) Launch app (ex.Youtube) and resize it to left side and then click on 'Customize and Control' icon, select 'App info'
(3) Observe App info overlay.


Actual: App info overlay is seen chopped from left side.

Expected: App info overlay should not chopped.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M73', will soon update the other info:

You are probably looking for a change made after 606721 (known good), but no later than 606722 (first known bad).

CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
