REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard.
2.Long press on any key (e.g. 'q','a','w','p',...) make Accent window pop up.
3.Switch to Floating keyboard, repeat step #2.
Actual result:
2.Only the accent window for 'a' key show Upper letter, symbol, Lower letter.
3.The Accent window for 'q' key turns into Upper letter, symbol, Lower letter order too.
Note:
Tried also repro for Wubi keyboard.

Tried repro 6/6 times. Sometimes not need to repeat step #4.
