Missing Text/Icon/DOM Element when rendering webpage on Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open GMail or other Google Website (External sites not tested, it's possible that they are affected as well.)
(2) Move mouse around or scroll around (Happens more frequently on long documents)

What is the expected result?
Website renders correctly

What happens instead?
Some text/icon/DOM elements are missing

The problem usually goes when switching to another tab and back.

Two screenshots of before and after is attached. One is when the problem occurs (some text/icons are missing), the other is normal.

Not sure if the problem is in the graphics subsystem or rendering engine.

This problem occurs occasionally, and could occasionally be reproduced. Oliver Yeh (cc'ed) is the person who is affected by this.

Oliver Yeh confirms that it happens on external sites (FB) as well.
