Regression: Unnecessary focus ring is seen on media controller after clicking on its options.

Chrome Version: 73.0.3666.0 Revision f4b6c3052a8b2a249b9c6c0ed3e94d9187b1dd6a-refs/branch-heads/3666@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) and Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above web page and select 'Audio' radio button.
(2) Now click on slider or any icon of media controller and observe.

Actual: Unnecessary focus ring is seen on media controller after clicking on its options.

Expected: No such a focus ring should seen on media controller.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M73', will soon update the other info:
