chrome doesn't start

Steps to reproduce the problem:
On kali linux, I typed the command to start chrome. But it just won't start and reported errors.

What is the expected behavior?
The Chrome noramlly starts.

What went wrong?

Thanks fo filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3578.98 using Ubuntu 14.04.
When tried launching chrome from terminal using Command "google-chrome-stable" we were able to see chrome started normally without any errors in terminal.

@Reporter: Could you please let us know if this is specific to OS Kali Linux. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.

I have created an account without sudo privilige and only can access his own directories. And start the chrome via this account for safety reasons and caused this problem. But it used to work before I updated to the chrome version after70.xxxxxxxx .
