Pre-Condition : Sign into 2 Users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen press "Ctrl+Shift+ '+'" key for 2 times to 'zoom in' the screen  -> now click on drop down of second user
(2)select 'Remove this user' option -> now try to remove user by clicking on 'Remove this user' and observe unable to remove i.e. unable to click on it

Expected:  Should be able to remove the User on clicking  'Remove this user' option 
Actual: Instead Unable to remove the User

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-69

Note : Issue is also seen on M-70 ,M-71 and M-72
