locationInfo.volumeInfo can be null which throws an error in getRootTypeLabel in src/ui/file_manager/file_manager/common/js/util.js

Some VolumeManagerCommon.RootType have inaccurate EntryLocation attributes:  hasFixedLabel and isRootEntry. Support for partitions and root removable devices to have different args given to EntryLocation.
