Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a site with pop-up blocking on 2. Hold Cmd and left-click on a link to another page What is the expected behavior? The page at the link that was cmd-clicked should open in a new tab, while focus should remain on the current tab. What went wrong? Chrome blocks the new tab as a pop-up. Did this work before? Yes Unclear Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.14.2 Flash Version: Reports on Twitter suggests some people have been experiencing this since at least early December, but the Chrome DevRel team has ignored/not responded to any of them as far as I can tell.
