Revision 15234034d19b85dcd9a03b164ae89d04145d8368-refs/branch-heads/3578@{#897}
OS Mac OS X
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load https://www.airbnb.com/luxury/listing/20472307/?location=costa%20rica
(2) Turn on paint invalidation flashing.
(3) Scroll to the bottom
(4) Scroll up and down quickly.
What is the expected result?
Only parts of the page that changed are invalidated.
What happens instead?
Seems there's a rect the size of the bottom panel (but adjusted by fling velocity?) that gets invalidated in the middle of the page.
If you scroll fast you can see it invalidated repeatedly.
