Currently, we're mostly pausing and aborting the production builder for testing local changes, this is fine for now, but after the release, we should not do that anymore, instead, we should set up a dev builder for development purpose.

Since robertocn@, who is the expert, is OOO now, I'll take a look first, if I can't get it done, robertocn@ can take it once he is back.
