Preserve Log in Network does not preserve response

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Check "Preserve Log" in the network tab in CDT 2. Make a JSON request and navigate to a new route 3. The JSON response is not preserved What is the expected behavior? Be able to view the JSON response. This is possible in Firefox dev tools. What went wrong? The response tab shows "Failed to load response data" Did this work before? Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: Could you please provide sample Test File/URL that reproduces the issue which help in further triaging it. If possible could you please provide screencast of the issue which help in better understanding and further triaging it in better way. Thanks!
