1. Launch iOS Chrome in landscape
2. Scroll up the NTP page completely
3. Change the device orientation to portrait 

Observed results:
Notice that a blank space is displayed at the bottom of the NTP

Expected results:
Blank space shouldn’t be displayed at the bottom of the NTP
