What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open Dev-tools and go to 'Memory'.
2. Click on any option under 'Select Profiling type' and observe the shape of focus ring.

Actual  : Shape of blue focus ring is Square instead of circle.
Expected: Shape of blue focus ring (Square) should match the shape of radio button (circle).

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M73', below is Per-revision bisect info:

Good Build: 73.0.3637.0 (Revision: 615357)
Bad Build : 73.0.3638.0 (Revision: 615716)

You are probably looking for a change made after 615410 (known good), but no later than 615411 (first known bad).
