update android system webview

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name: lg k10 (2017)
Android version:7.0
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):72.0.3626.28
Application:android webview
Application version:72.0.3626.28

Steps to reproduce:
(1) update android system webview 
(2) add new features
(3) make application size smaller

Expected result:
I expected you.s to make android system webview smaller 

Actual result:
I didn't get What i expected 😈😈😈😈
