Chrome happened ANR while download files

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.launch Chrome ->input "www.baidu.com"->search wechat and download it 
2.Search other app then download it -> tap menu icon -> tap "Download" 

What is the expected behavior?
1. No ANR happened

What went wrong?
1. Chrome happened ANR while tap "Downloads"

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: Android P
Flash Version: 

Hi, this issue is reported by End user on Nokia device.
We had ask end user to provide the video of operate procedure. please refer the video and happened time is 03:24

@ maplewind127: Seems like you are using older version of chrome, please check by upgrading chrome to latest build. Along with it please provide device details on which this issue is seen. This would help in further triaging of the issue.
