What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> On screen right click  for context menu and select 'Shelf position ' and select 'Left/Right'
(2)Now shelf position at Left side -> click on App Launcher icon and observe  at LHS  edge i.e. screen  is seen unnecessarily 
(Please refer video)

Expected: unnecessarily screen should not be seen on opening App launcher when shelf position is at Left
Actual: Instead unnecessarily screen is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine on M-70

Note : Issue is also seen on M-71, and M-72
