Regression: Wrong caption is seen for Payment handlers option under chrome://settings/content

Chrome Version:73.0.3665.0 (Official Build) Revision 629bcca8b1de535bfd36b12e4a3cb7c1b07c9e48-refs/branch-heads/3665@{#1}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content.
2.Scroll page down and observe last two options.

Actual Result  : Caption for 'Payment handlers' option is displayed as 'Clipboard'.
Expected Result: Correct caption should be displayed for 'Payment handlers'.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-73'and will soon provide bisect info,

You are probably looking for a change made after 619522 (known good), but no later than 619523 (first known bad).

CHANGE-LOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Update:

Rechecked the above issue on Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3), Linux(14.04 LTS) OS using latest Canary build #73.0.3668.0 and the issue is fixed. Kindly refer attached screen cast.
