Chrome Version: 73.0.3665.0 (Official Build) Revision 629bcca8b1de535bfd36b12e4a3cb7c1b07c9e48-refs/branch-heads/3665@{#1} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.3) & Linux(14.04 LTS).
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and go to Settings page >> Preferences >> Appearance >> select 'Dark' theme from drop-down list.
2. Again go to 'Settings' page and click on 'Add pattern' button under "Blackboxing" section to open the patterns forms.
3. Now type any keyword (For Ex: Chrome Testing) in 'Pattern' text-box, select the texts using mouse pointer or via keyboard and observe.
Actual: Selection highlight color is not visible properly and it's very hard to recognize the selected text.
Expected: Selection highlight color should visible properly.
