Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to google.com 
2. Search for some thing , input some long text in the search field.
3. Long press inside text field to do selection. Copy paste menu is seen now.
4. Extend selection by dragging the handle.
5. After extending to more than length of input field, release the handle.
6. Copy paste menu does not appear.

What is the expected behavior?
Copy paste is shown after selection.

What went wrong?
Copy paste menu does not appear After long selection in Input field
