What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open chrome
2. enter url : https://m.sports.naver.com/video.nhn?id=502550
3. play the video
4. rotate the device .
5. observer
What is the expected result?
-Video should be resized properly while rotating the device.
What happens instead?
- Video does get resized properly while rotating the device from portrait to landscape and vice versa.

The site runs *a lot* of script which makes it very slow to respond to changes. Eventually though it does update the size of the video player to take up the full width of the screen.
