Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Editing `.less` files in the sources editor with a watcher that automatically compiles less -> css can cause the reloading of CSS to fail in two ways: 1. The CSS file is essentially removed and the styles from the CSS file that should've been updated just vanish. 2. The styles do not get applied and the old version simply remains. This doesn't happen deterministically and sometimes works as expected however failures still happen very frequently. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The CSS files do not correctly reload frequently, either being removed or not changed. I tried this also on my laptop (Linux) and could not get the issue so I suspect it may be due to how the files are being watched on a Mac but I'm not certain. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.98 Channel: stable OS Version: Mac OS X Flash Version: Attached are two Devtools-Devtools timeline recordings, one is a correctly working version and the other is when it breaks.
