SpellChecker shouldn't report misspellings in URLs

Project Member Reported by yuweih@google.com, Jan 9

Issue description

My comment looks like this:
// iOS implements IPv6 synthesis logic into the getaddrinfo() function. See:
// https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/NetworkingInternetWeb/Conceptual/NetworkingOverview/UnderstandingandPreparingfortheIPv6Transition/UnderstandingandPreparingfortheIPv6Transition.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40010220-CH213-DontLinkElementID_4

And SpellChecker complains that "Dont" is a possible misspelling of "Don'T". This shouldn't be fixed because changing it to "Don't" will make the link no longer valid.

Hmm, I think the suggestions about "don't" and "won't" were an issue before.

So, I have two possible proposed actions here:
 1. Before checking a "word", check whether it appears to be a URL, and if so, always skip.
 2. Just add "dont", "wont" etc. to the list of words not to check.

The former adds a little bit of complexity, but maybe not too much. It seems reasonable because URLs are *usually* copy-pasted so typos are less likely. The latter is simpler and would have worked in this case.
