The way the bubble is implemented currently, there are two timeouts: the normal one (5 seconds), and a shorter one that takes effect after a user hovers over it (1 second). Should the latter timeout also be extended?

I suggest that we choose 3 seconds for the situation where users hovers over the bubble. This should be long enough to prevent accidentally closing/dismissing in case user's mouse is near the bubble area.
