Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Change your OS date 2. Go to Developer tools and type "new Date()" in the console 3. You will see timezone offset is set to 0 instead of the PC timezone offset, EST in my case What is the expected behavior? new Date() Tue Jan 08 2019 11:31:42 GMT-0500 (GMT-05:00) What went wrong? new Date() Tue Jan 08 2019 16:31:22 GMT+0000 (GMT) Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes 70 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: This is causing times entered or retrieved to be wrong on client side causing issues
